Each year, the JAX Chamber Councils select a Small Business Leader of the Year (SBLY) for their council.  From these selections, an overall Small Business Leader of the Year is chosen. This year, Justin Kane, CEO of DoubleChecked Cybersecurity is representing the Jacksonville IT Council.  The overall SBLY for 2026 is Darrin Eakins, Founder & CEO of DuBlase Whiskey.
