Each year, the JAX Chamber Councils select a Small Business Leader of the Year (SBLY) for their council.  From these selections, an overall Small Business Leader of the Year is chosen.  This year, Dr. Tracy Riley Owner of Tracy Riley Counseling is representing the Professional Womens Council.  The overall SBLY for 2025 is Calonda Henry, Owner of Broad Horizons Speech Therapy.
