Nicole Hamm leads Blue Zones Project Jacksonville as the Executive Director. A Jacksonville native from a military family, Nicole is a community leader and organizer with professional experience in finance, systems implementation, and strategic planning.
She was previously the President of the Rotaract Club of Jacksonville Beaches, currently the Senior Vice President of the Jacksonville Urban League Young Professionals; and serves on the board of the nonprofit Beaches Emergency Assistance Ministry (B.E.A.M.)
Nicole was also a New Leaders Council Fellow, a JAX Chamber Hightower Fellow, and a member of the Leadership Jacksonville Class of 2022.
Nicole studied supply chain management at Howard University and accounting at Daytona State College. She enjoys volunteering, cooking, and exploring Jacksonville’s parks, rivers, and beaches with her friends and loved ones, including her dog Lil’ Daddy. Nicole loves Jacksonville and everything about it. She loves shopping locally and experiencing the various programming put on by agencies like Downtown Vision, RAM, and James Weldon Johnson Park throughout the year.
Nicole is excited to lead Blue Zones Project because it combines her professional and personal purpose statements: to use her skills and gifts to raise the well-being and economic vitality of Jacksonville. Nicole is passionate about the future of Jacksonville and looks forward to being a part of it.
