Each year, the Jax Chamber Councils select a Small Business Leader of the Year (SBLY) for their council. From these selections, an overall Small Business Leader of the Year is chosen. Nichole Mobley, Owner, T&N Xpress, LLC is representing the T&L Council this year. The overall SBLY for 2023 is Jackie Rowland, President, Russell Rowland, Inc.

Pre-registration is greatly appreciated and closes at 5 pm the day before. Walk-up cost is $35 for everyone and seating is not guaranteed.
50/50 tickets can be purchased online for $1 per ticket. Half of the total amount collected goes to our scholarship fund and the other half is raffled off to a lucky attendee. Also, feel free to bring give aways for the drawing. This is a good opportunity to bring visibility to your business.
