Each year, the JAX Chamber Councils select a Small Business Leader of the Year (SBLY) for their council. From these selections, an overall Small Business Leader of the Year is chosen. This year, Marc Fraga, Owner of Smash MyTrash of Jacksonville is representing the Transportation & Logistics Council. The overall SBLY for 2025 is Calonda Henry, Owner of Broad Horizons Speech Therapy.
