This special joint council meeting will bring together healthcare and transportation professionals for an engaging discussion on organ donation, transplantation, and the critical logistics involved in saving lives. The program will feature personal transplant stories, healthcare experts, and community advocates focused on the life-changing impact of organ donation.
Session 1: Organ Donor Recipient Fireside Chat

A personal and inspiring conversation highlighting the journey of organ transplantation and the life-changing impact of organ donation.
Session 2: Logistics of Moving Organs to Save Lives

• Tommy Mulligan, MSN, RN, CPTC – Organ Procurement Coordinator, Mayo Clinic in Florida
• Weston Gray, MHA, Administrator, Department of Transplant, Mayo Clinic in Florida
This session will explore the critical coordination, transportation logistics, and operational processes required to successfully move organs for transplant and save lives.
Session 3: How to Give
Featured Speaker:
• Jessica Grouseberg – Donate Life Florida
This session will provide attendees with information on how individuals can support organ donation initiatives, become registered donors, and help raise awareness within their communities.
* As an independent chartered chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the ACHE North Florida chapter is authorized to award 1 hour of ACHE Qualified Education credit toward advancement or recertification in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Participants in this program who wish to have it considered for ACHE Qualified Education credit should list their attendance when they apply to the American College of Healthcare Executives for advancement or recertification.
Registration closes at Noon the Tuesday before the luncheon. Registrations submitted after the deadline will be considered walk-up registrations and the fee is $40.
